Concert is at Temple Israel, Boston, MA. You can't really call them because of it being shabbat and all, but you can try to get tickets at the door. They are on 477 Longwood Avenue in Boston, and the doors open at 7:30 pm, but I would get there earlier...because seating is general rather than numbered seats, and so the earlier you get there, the better.
I am still breathless and have music running through my head and a big smile on my face, a warm feeling in my heart, actually throughout. I am even still shaking a little bit. I will report soon on the Boston concert, promise promise, but wanted you all to know that Noa was pure magic.
Denis and I got to speak with Noa and Gil after the show (it was a private reception but the people running the show were very gracious to us once I mentioned that I was part of the e-group and wanted to tell her hello). We got the warmest reception from both of them, truly wonderful. I am still glowing :-) We got to thank them for so much, and I am truly grateful to both of them for sitting down with us to chat, and for being such loving, funny, caring people.
It was beautiful. The sound system was not as good as it could have been, and sometimes distorted things a bit, but true to form, our beloved artists found a way to overcome that and truly shine. Noa, Gil, Zohar, thank you thank you thank you.....you all were astonishing, an incredible performance, and the warmth you share both on and off stage makes you truly some of the most special performers we have ever had the pleasure of loving. |
