On September 28, 2002, the Holy Sounds Foundation proudly presented its first music concert, in the city of its international headquarters - Seville, Spain. The historic event was entitled "Together in Harmony," in keeping with the Foundation's mission to use music to promote understanding between the Christian, Jewish and Muslim faiths. An audience of six thousand, including the President of Andalusia among many other dignitaries, enjoyed performances by top multicultural concert and recording artists NOA, KHALED AND KETAMA.
"Together In Harmony" was an unprecedented event: a high-energy pop concert in support of religious tolerance and peaceful coexistence was successfully performed by a multicultural lineup of prominent music stars. Consistent with the Holy Sounds credo, the event was neither religious nor political in nature. But the message was passionately carried by the performers through their musical repertoire and repartee, supported by the Holy Sounds concert format. The audience received the inspiring message enthusiastically, as part of a really fun musical evening. And the press coverage was very positive.

The entire concert was recorded for television broadcast in Andalusia by the Canal Sur Network, and for future distribution throughout the world.
Israeli concert and recording artist NOA, a superstar in Israel and Europe, has performed in many of the great concert halls of the world, selling millions of CD's. She has performed at the White House and the Vatican, and has appeared with such artists as Sting, Stevie Wonder, Carlos Santana, Bono, Peter Gabriel and Sheryl Crow.
NOA was joined onstage in Seville by Palestinian Arab singer Mira Awad. In honor of the Holy Sounds concert message "together in harmony," the two young vocalists performed an exciting rendition of the Beatles "We Can Work It Out."

Algerian singer KHALED, "the king of Rai music," has used his great fame in Europe and the Middle East to sing of love and joy, and against intolerance and violence. His infectious pop style has evolved through 17 best-selling albums, blending multicultural influences ranging from funk to flamenco, reggae, calypso, rap and of course Middle Eastern. At the Seville concert, he and his 9-piece band gave a rousing performance of some of his greatest hits, including his top hit "Aisha."
The Spanish super group KETAMA have taken the traditional Andalucian Flamenco and North African musical styles, and added their own pop fusion to create a unique sound that has made them legendary in Spain. Their 13 best-selling albums contain a number of timeless hits, but none more well-known to the Seville audience than "No Estamos Locos…" ("We Are Not Crazy, We Know What We Want.") This rousing anthem was chosen as the finale of the Seville concert, as Khaled and Noa joined the 13-piece Ketama band onstage for an unprecedented and thrilling joint performance.
