December 1996 It
was Sting's Toulouse concert today. Noa was supporting Sting for
the tour and I must say, she was the best supporting act I've ever
seen. She had an wonderful voice and helped to make it an amazing
concert. Sting performed so many tracks and he was in a really
good mood. But there was more to come. Kenny Kirkland sang during
"Let Your Soul", and we were treated to an acoustic
version of "You Still Touch Me", with all the band at
the front of the stage. Noa joined Sting for a incredible version
of "Fields Of Gold" and Sting asked a boy and girl to
join him on stage for "I'm so happy". © www.stingoop.com

• Support act: Noa.Noa joined Sting during Fields Of Gold.
Sting invited a girl and a Spanish guy to join him on stage. The
girl asked Sting to sing La Belle Dame Sans Regret, but he
explained his French wasn't good enough. Instead he sang a line of
a French lullaby. Someone threw a Christmas hat on stage, which
Sting wore during I'm So Happy I Can't Stop Crying.

February 1997
At 3.30 p.m. at the
"Palais Omnisport de Paris Bercy" (POPB) and as last
year, a lot of fans had already arrived. I still had two hours to
wait until my meeting with Pascal Barnardin and hopefully, with
Sting shortly afterwards. Being February, it was a long cold wait
but the hour arrived and it was time to find Pascal. I still
wasn't sure what would happen but I kept telling myself, "it
will happen" and "I will be amazing". As I arrived
at the back door, I was invited inside. I passed by the dressing
rooms and noticed the plaques saying "Noa's rooms" and
"Sting's rooms". Eventually, I found Pascal Barnardin's
room and saw he was talking on the telephone. It was awful! Sting
and Noa were carrying out the sound check with "Fields Of
Gold" and I still had to wait.©
